中文摘要 | 企業單打獨鬥實已難以生存,協同合作才是生存之道。近年來,協同商務備受矚目,並逐漸發展成為商業典範之ㄧ。協同合作之道,諸如協同設計、協同規劃、預測與補貨,乃至協同運作的觀念推陳出新,旨在創新及製造競爭優勢以延續企業經營。協同運作的領域中,可概分為協同預測、協同設計、協同製造與協同配送。之前的研究較偏重在協同設計,而協同製造的研究相對較少,因此本文致力於此項領域之研究。內涵上,協同製造牽涉到物流與資訊流之整合,另外更需配合製造資源規劃系統的協助。首先,本文探討協同運作與協同製造之特性,接著提出一個二階式資源規劃模式,並以述詞移轉網路建立資源指派之模型。最後,本文以半導體封裝廠水平式協同製造為例,在實作的系統上進行資源之規劃,並顯示其結果。 |
英文摘要 | Today, the fierce competitive environment makes an enterprise hard to survive, and it seems that strategic alliance provides a better chance. Recently, Collaborative Commerce (CC) becoms as a new paradigm. As a result, a variety of collaborations types, such as collaborative design, collaborative planning, forecast and replenishment (CPFR) and collaboration operation (CO), emerged one by one to initiate new business models and acquire competitive advantages. Among them, CO is new and seems can sustain a firm’s live. From our analysis, CO can be classified into collaborative forecast (CF), collaborative design (CD), collaborative manufacturing (CM) and collaborative distribution (CDist). However, it found that most of the past research focused on CD instead of CM, thus this paper focused on CM. Essentially, CM includes the complex aspects of material flow and information flow. This implies that a resource planning system (RPS) is important and required for CM. In this paper, the characteristics of CO and CM are studied first and a two-phase resource planning model for CM is then proposed. Subsequently, Predicate/Transition net (Pr/Tr net) is used for resource planning modeling. Finally, a RPS is implemented by the programming language, Prolog. In this paper, a case of semiconductor assembly for horizontal CM is used as example to illustrate the schedules resulted from the RPS. |
