中文摘要 | 研究目的評估水平尺輔助器應用於移動式胸部X光攝影檢查的臨床效益,在重症或無法離開病房區之病患,當需接受X光檢查時,最常使用的方式即為移動式X光攝影。正確胸部X光正面影像,X光射束必須要與影像板平行垂直,才能獲取正位相的胸部X光影像,由於臨床所需,病患常需採半坐姿勢檢查,一般坐立角度約40至60度,檢查後時常發現影像沒有正位相,產生左右角度偏差,導致需重照而增加病患不必要的醫療曝露,水平尺的應用加設於移動式X光攝影上,可大幅改善此問題的發生減低重照率。本研究一共收集500位病患,比較使用水平尺前後X光射束是否有和影像板平行垂直,觀察水平尺是否有達水平位置,做為評分標準,統計方面利用卡方檢定分析方法算出卡方值,從結果中可以明顯觀察達顯著水準,P-value <<0.01,故應用水平尺輔助器於移動式胸部X光攝影,有助於改善影像品質,減少重照率達到臨床上輔助檢查的意義。 |
英文摘要 | The goal of this study is to evaluate the level aids of the used portable X-ray machine. Chest X-ray examination could improve the clinical benefit,especially for patients with severe diseases being unable to leave the ward area. As a result, the portable x-rays machine is the most common way to conduct the chest x-ray examination. In the chest X-ray. X-ray beam must be parallel and vertical with in to the image plate. In clinical setting, however, patients in the ward areas need to take a semi-sitting position, and this semi-sitting position is usually about 40 to 60 degree. Nevertheless, the major disadvantage of the chest x-ray image taken from the semi-sitting position is that it is not true anterior-posterior (AP) position in the chest X- ray images .This may due to the fact that the angle is not correct. Repeating imaging would increase unnecessary medical exposure to patients and lead to extra radiation dose. In this study, we went further research on level aid applications hosted on portable X-ray machine, seeing if the level aid applications could reduce the repeat rate or not. 500 patients were participated in this study. Image before and after using the Level acids X-ray beam were compared. The scoring criteria was whether there were two horizontal scale of the horizontal position. Chi-square test was employed as the statistical analysis. With the p-value less than 0.05, the use of the level acids did improve the imaging quality. In conclusion, the application of the level aids not only help to improve image quality but also reduce the repeating image rate in clinical. |
