中文摘要 | 淺部治療X光機的能量範圍為10~100kVp,適合治療表淺部位腫瘤,低能X光射線易受空氣散射影響,可使用不同射束錐加以屏蔽限制照野,以減少不必要散射劑量,並使治療區達到最大劑量。本研究利用底片量測淺部治療機在不同能量X射線、不同直徑大小的射束錐與不同的底片到射源距離(film source distance, FSD)下,其射束特性的變化。本實驗方法是將劑量感光底片與射束方向平行,分別使用FSD為10cm,直徑1.5cm;2.5cm;5.0cm的圓形射束錐及7×7平方公分正方形射束錐與FSD為30cm,直徑8cm的圓形射束錐,並將不同的射束錐分別以10kV;20kV;30kV;37kV;45kV;55kV;70kV;100kV的X光射束照射,量測其中心軸百分深度劑量。再將底片平放,以相同條件分別照射,得到射束的平坦度、均勻性及半影區,分析各能量與各射束錐的輻射物理特性。本實驗結果顯示:在加上小照野時,中心軸的百分深度劑量分佈會向表面移動。目前直線加速器已成為放射腫瘤部門常備的治療機器,所產生的電子射束也漸漸用來取代淺部治療X光機,但淺部治療X光機在皮膚腫瘤及特定部位癌病有其靈活性操作及物理特性,此種低能光子與高能電子特性差異及其臨床生物效應,值得我們進一步研究。 |
英文摘要 | Since the energy range of superficial treat X-ray machine was 10~100kVp, it suited to cure surface tumors but low energy easily made air scatter. Nevertheless, increased shield of various beam cones could limit field size and offered tumors the maximum dose. The investigation of various beam characteristics employed films to measure different of X-ray energy, diameter beam cone and film source distance (FSD). We measured 10kV, 20kV, 30kV, 37kV, 45kV 55kV, 70kV and 100kV X-ray exposure with FSD was 10cm and the diameter of primary beam cone 1.5, 2.5, 5.0cm and 7×7cm^2 squares beam cone, respectively. In addition, the center axis of percentage depth dose (PDD) was measured with the diameter of circular beam cone 8cm while FSD was 30cm and all beam cones were separated. However, uniformity and penumbra were acquired and made about physical characteristic analysis of the beam energy with different beam cones when X-rays irradiated the films perpendicularly in the same conditions with beam flatness. The results showed to the PDD shift toward the surface when diminished the field size of beam cone. Currently, Linac is the fundamental machine at department of radiotherapy and tendency on the superficial X-ray machine. In summary, the superficial X-ray machine provided some advantages to treat surface cancers as well as the further study were focused on the biological effect on the clinical trail. |
