中文摘要 | 本研究目的在於探討原住民部落發展觀光核心競爭力之評價指標模式,主要研究方法包括:文獻回顧法、6位專家進行深度訪談、11位專家進行德爾菲問卷調查及13位專家進行模糊AHP問卷調查,主要研究結果為:1.得到原住民部落發展觀光核心競爭力指標,包括6項一級指標,31項二級指標;並建構原住民部落發展觀光核心競爭力評價指標模式;2.運用模糊層級分析法(FAHP)求得評價指標權重值,經分析結果顯示,原住民部落發展觀光核心競爭力之重要層面,以自然景觀環境權重值為最高,其次依序為生活文化、活動文化、藝術文化、美食產品、器具設備。本研究根據研究結果,提供給相關主管單位參考,亦對後續研究者提供後續研究方向。 |
英文摘要 | This study aims to construct evaluation indicators of tourism core competence developed by aboriginal tribes. The main research methods include literature review, in-depth interview with 6 experts, Delphi questionnaire survey on 11 experts, and FAHP questionnaire survey on 13 experts. The research findings are shown below: 1.Indicators of tourism core competence developed by aboriginal tribes are obtained: 1. Six first-class indicators and 31 second-class indicators; evaluation indicator model of tourism core competence developed by aboriginal tribes is constructed. 2. Fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) is conducted to acquire the weights of evaluation indicators. According to analytical result, among the critical dimensions of tourism core competence developed by aboriginal tribes, the weight of natural environment is the highest, followed by life culture, activity culture, art culture, local delicacies, and utensil & facilities. The findings can serve as a reference for related authorities and future research. |
