中文摘要 | 本文旨在探究大學校院推動校訂必修服務學習課程的策略分析,以及藉由成效分析結果,進一步提出制度化發展的實務建議。問題意識源自於各校推動校訂必修服務學習課程,其質量受各校推動歷史發展或人力不足等因素而參差不齊,失去了推動服務學習作為經驗教育一環的初衷。本研究主要以台北醫學大學為例,論述其推動服務學習回歸經驗教育之理念,同時分享立基於理念而執行之橫向整合與縱向扎根的策略。成效分析則以100學年以降針對每學期約千名修課學生進行具信效度之問卷普測,運用三年長期追蹤的量化問卷資料,探究該校服務學習課程之學習成效滿意度、學生個人成長以及修課前後學生公民參與力提升程度。分析結果所示,上述三項均呈正向成長,論證北醫為例之推動策略,具有極高之參考價值,此外,進階提出各校推動校訂必修服務學習成功的關鍵因素,應該是回歸經驗教育的本質,與教育教學的初衷。 |
英文摘要 | The study aims to establishing the strategy analysis of the required service-learning course, in order to see the outcome from the result which makes more practical suggestions of the institutional development. The research is based on Taipei Medical University, discusses its role in promoting the concept of service learning experience regression of education, meanwhile, sharing the lateral and vertical integration strategy rooted and founded on the concept of implementation. Effectiveness analysis is drawn from three long-term follow quantitative questionnaire data from 1000 students each semester, which is generally survey questionnaire with the reliability and validity. We can see the result data from satisfaction questionnaire, students' personal growth and enhance the degree of citizen participation. The result shows in above all three are into positive growth, reasoning that Taipei Medical University a high reference value of promoting the strategy. |
