中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討台南市國民小學學校組織健康與教師心理資本之現況與關係。為達此目的,以文獻探討結果為基礎,編製「台南市國民小學學校組織健康與教師心理資本調查問卷」作為研究工具,以台南市公立國民小學教師為研究母群體,抽取60所國民小學的教師為施測對象,共發出620份問卷,回收508份有效問卷,達94%的有效回收率,並將所獲取資料藉SPSS 17.0 for Windows統計軟體,分別以次數分配、百分比、平均數、標準差、單因子變異數分析及薛費法事後比較、積差相關進行資料分析。本研究獲致之結論如下:一、台南市國民小學之學校組織健康的現況屬中上程度,其中以「教師的凝聚力」最高。二、台南市國民小學之教師心理資本的現況屬中上程度,其中以「希望資本」最高。三、教師不同的年齡、教學年資與擔任職務在學校組織健康上具有顯著差異,而教師之性別與最高學歷則未有顯著差異。四、教師不同的性別、年齡、教學年資與擔任職務在教師心理資本上具有顯著差異,而教師之最高學歷則未有顯著差異。五、台南市國民小學學校組織健康與教師心理資本具有顯著正相關,亦即台南市國民小學學校組織健康程度越高,其整體教師心理資本及各層面表現越佳。 |
英文摘要 | The main purpose of the study was to investigate the relations between organizational health and teacher's psychological capital in elementary schools in Tainan city. 508 elementary school teachers were assessed with Organizational Health and Psychological Capital scale. Data obtained from the survey were processed and analyzed via SPSS 17.0 for Windows statistical software in number distribution, percentage, average, standard deviation, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA , Scheffé Post-Hoc comparison method, Pearson product-moment correlation.Major conclusions were as follows:1. The current status of the organizational health of elementary school teachers in Tainan City is in medium-high level and the highest of the five compositions of organizational health is the Teacher Affiliation.2. The current status of the psychological capital of elementary school teachers in Tainan City is in medium-high level and the highest of the four compositions of PsyCap is the Hope capital. 3. Teachers with different ages, teaching ages, positions show significant difference in their organizational health. However, their sexes and educational backgrounds show no significant difference. 4. Teachers with different sexes, ages, teaching ages and positions show significant difference in their PsyCap. However, their educational backgrounds show no significance difference.5. The results show that there is significantly association between Organizational Health and Teacher's Psychological Capital for elementary school in Tainan city. That is, the higher the organizational health is, the better their teacher's PsyCap will be. |
