中文摘要 | 台灣南部屏東縣四重溪溫泉早年溫泉露頭自然湧出溫泉,因近年溫泉井大量開發,溫泉露頭因而乾枯消失,目前依賴三、四百公尺深的溫泉井抽水,但溫泉水位仍日漸下降。基於溫泉水資源的永續利用,其抽取總量管制實為一必需的管理措施,但可抽用量之決定需基於補注量的多寡,且有賴於足夠的水位及水溫觀測數據。然而因溫泉監測站的缺乏,水位的變化也沒有可靠的數據,台灣的溫泉區管理,仍在起步階段。本研究藉由四口溫泉生產井中放置水溫及水位監測儀器,探討其水位及水溫的變化、四重溪溫泉生成模式,並討論本區之年抽用量及補注量,以提供本區溫泉水資源永續利用之參考。 四口溫泉井監測自2007年11月至2008年12月,水位及水溫數據顯示:溫泉水位受到降雨補注影響很顯著,旱雨季水位的落差約10-15 m,間隔一年的水位約下降1-10 m,以「公共浴室」井的水位最深、已達地面下50 m,但十年前該井位置的溫泉露頭尚能自湧。若假設平均年水位下降3m、破裂孔隙率為8%、溫泉區水平範圍約600× 600 m2,可推算超抽量約為每年8.64萬噸。根據旅館用水量調查估計,本區一年的溫泉抽用量約為53萬噸,若要維持本區水位不再下降,則需減抽約16%的溫泉水。 基於監測結果,本區應儘速管制溫泉水抽用的總量,各井應減少抽用量,以防止水位持續下降。也應特別注意淺層冷的地下水混入,導致溫泉水溫降低、水質劣化之問題,應搭配現有生產井,建立溫泉監測井,長期監測水位、水溫及導電度,以提供溫泉管理之依據。 |
英文摘要 | Hot springs recreation and tourism are valued and popular at the regional and national levels recently in Taiwan. The increasing hot spring water withdrawn and wells drilled for recreation use are causing the depletion of hot spring resources. The Szuchung Creek hot spring in South Taiwan had lost its hot spring outcrop in a decade for the overexploitation of hot waters by wells. As more and more wells were sunk, water pressure and temperature of hot water dropped across much of the Szuchung Creek. To monitor and setup a maximum extraction volume is one of the high priorities for management of hot spring resource in Szuchung Creek. In this study, we installed pressure, temperature sensors and data recorder in hot spring wells (up to 4 wells, depth in 200-300 m) for collecting the year-round data. We also construct a hot water occurrence model for calculating the annual extraction and recharge volume of hot water in this area. Our data reveal seasonal fluctuations of water level in hot spring wells which are highly related with precipitation. The range of fluctuations for water level is about 10 to 15 m in a one-year period. The average water levels for the four monitoring wells are in a decreasing trend that indicates an overexploitation situation for the hot spring water resource. An overdraft of 86 thousand ton/yr of hot water was estimated by assuming that water level decreasing of 3 m, a fracture porosity of 8% and aquifer area for 600 × 600 m2. We suggest a safe yield for this area is about 440 thousand ton/yr for not lowering the water level of wells. |
