中文摘要 | 目前之叢集演算法,都以加快網頁回應時間為目標,考量省電與人類感知加以改良實為重要議題與研究缺口。本研究為跨領域研究,目的為經由實驗了解人類對網頁回應時間的感知能力,再推論、建構出省電叢集演算法。實驗結果顯示,118位受測者對網頁回應時間小於1.22秒表示感受網站服務品質無差異,網頁回應時間大於3.24 秒感受網站服務品質無法接受,此門檻值結合本研究所提之省電叢集演算法,可維持網站服務品質並達到省電之效果。 |
英文摘要 | Previous researches only studied the designs of function level for virtual store, seldom integrated the concept of customer orientation into the management of virtual store. This study takes the concept of customer orientation in the e-commerce environment. Four hundred and nineteen valid respondents were studied and structural equation modeling was adopted to verify the proposed model. Just like the physical store, purchase intention is the most crucial factor of purchase behavior for virtual store. The managers of virtual stores can influence both the purchase intention and purchase behavior of consumers through the customer orientation, personality, quality of virtual store. |
