中文摘要 | 許多精密設備在機臺上具有可移動之載具,會造成機臺以隔振系統自然頻率晃動而很慢才會靜止,往往影響到設備儀器的運作。一般改善的方法是加上傳統阻尼器抑制自然頻率的晃動,然而此會降低隔離地板振動的效果。本研究使用雙氣室氣墊隔振器搭配電磁閥,利用模糊控制法則改變閥的開口大小控制雙氣室之間的氣體流量,而達到調整阻尼係數的目的,使隔振器具有軟硬變化的效果,藉以有效的消散機臺的擾動行為,亦可達到隔離地板高頻率振動的良好效果。透過實驗比較,隔振器的阻尼係數經由模糊控制調整時,機臺的暫態響應比阻尼係數最小時短。當機臺擾動消除後,再將阻尼係數調成最小,以隔離地板中、高頻的振動。 |
英文摘要 | Oscillation of advanced facilities at natural frequency of vibration isolation system will be induced by moving gantry on them. It will affect the operation of these facilities if oscillation damps slowly. In general solution, traditional damper is used to retard the natural frequency oscillation. But it will deteriorate the performance of vibration isolation. In this study, we use the dual-chamber pneumatic isolator combined with electro-pneumatic proportional valve to control the flow rate between the two chambers using fuzzy logic algorithm. Hence, it can adjust the damping coefficient of isolator system to dissipate the oscillation rapidly and still retain the performance of vibration isolation. The results of experiment show that the advanced facilities can be restored quickly by using the fuzzy control to adjust the damping coefficient of isolation system. |
