中文摘要 | 本研究的主要目的在探討冷卻水塔風扇之耗電量與冷卻水出口溫度之間的關係,根據工廠操作數據,包括風扇總耗電功率、空氣濕度、空氣溫度、熱水溫度等,建立冷卻水塔數學模型,將風扇總耗電功率化為空氣濕度、空氣溫度、熱水溫度之函數的數學模型,利用此模型,操作人員就可以找出最佳操作策略,根據不同冷卻水出口溫度,計算的冷卻水塔風扇耗電量,找出最佳的冷卻水出口溫度並做控制。經由現場操作測試,冷卻水塔數學模型能準確預測冷卻水出口溫度,102年6月份節省7.83%的用電量,7月份節省20.12%的用電量,而此模型亦可提供106號冷卻水塔風扇操作的參考;利用輸入冷卻水塔水入口溫度、空氣溫度、相對濕度等條件,選擇搭配的風扇耗電功率,即可以估計冷卻水出口溫度。 |
英文摘要 | The main purpose of this research is to study the relationship between the power consumption of the fan of cooling tower and the outlet temperature of the cooling water. According to the operating data of the plant, it shows that the power consumption power of the fan, air humidity, air temperature, hot water temperature, etc. were all included in order to set up the mathematical model of cooling tower. The mathematical model of cooing tower was established for the power consumption of the fan as a function of air humidity, air temperature, and hot water temperature. The operator can find out the best operating strategy by utilizing this model, by calculating the power consumption of the fan of the cooling tower based on the outlet temperature of the cooling water. Operators will be able to find out the best outlet temperature of cooling water and control it. The mathematics model of cooling tower can predict the outlet temperature of the cooling water accurately by performing the operating test. As a result, the fan saved 7.83% of the power consumption in June and 20.12% of the power consumption in July. The model can be also used as the operating guidelines for the operation of the fan of 106th cooling tower. Users shall input the inlet temperature of the cooling water, ambient temperature, relative humidity of the air, and the power consumption of the fan to predict the outlet temperature of the cooling water. |
