中文摘要 | 本研究係以部屬個人領導需求的情境觀點探討部屬對上司與組織的信任在轉換領導、交易領導對員工工作滿足的中介效果,以及部屬領導需求程度的高低在領導任態與信任關係間的干擾影響。本研究樣本來自不同組織的396個員工,進行問卷調查證研究假設。經線性結構關係模式(LISREL)進行資料分析後發現,轉換領導、交易領導對信任有顯著正相關;轉換領導對工作滿足不顯著,而交易領導對工作滿足則有顯著正相關。在領導需求對轉換領導、交易領導及信任的干擾效果上,在高領導需求時有顯著正相關。另部屬對主管的信任在轉換、交易領導與工作滿足間的中介效果則部分成立。同時本研究結果亦進一步釐清了轉換、交易領導、信任及工作滿足各構面間的關聯性。 |
英文摘要 | This research attempts to explore the relationships and moderating effectiveness among transformation leadership, transactional leadership and job satisfaction by way of the subordinate’s trust level to their supervisor and organization. It is also try to identify interference and effects between the need for leadership and the trust level. There are 396 observations sampled from various organization. The data was analyzed through LISREL to test the hypotheses. We found that the positive association exists among the transformation leadership, transactional leadership and job satisfaction; Transactional leadership is not so relatives as transformation leadership is to job satisfaction. This study found out that interventions among transformation leadership, transactional leadership and job satisfaction are related to whenever employee’s leadership need is high the positive associations exist obviously positive, however, the moderating effects among transformation leadership, transactional leadership and job satisfaction do partially exited in subordinate’s trust level to their supervisors. Meanwhile, the result of this study also offered further clear relatively levels of resolution among transformation leadership, transactional leadership and job satisfaction. |
