中文摘要 | 記憶體模組產業投資金額龐大,技術層次高、價格變動劇烈、週期性的景氣循環等特性,所以是具有高度策略風險的產業,唯有掌握記憶體模組產業的特性並發揮我國所具有的優勢條件,才能在這個競爭激烈的產業中有立足之地。簡而言之,只要供需的微幅失衡,就十分容易造成價格的急劇波動,因此如何強化個案公司企業經營能力,擬定競爭策略,在這競爭激烈的市場上保持不墜,實為一大挑戰。本文利用限制驅導式(Drum-Buffer-Rope; DBR)排程法及先進規劃排程系統(APS, Advanced Planning & Scheduling System),來做為記憶體模組的測試製程的優化排程研究,結果在WIP(Work In Process)及工時控制方面皆有明顯改善。 |
英文摘要 | DRAM is a capital intensive high tech business. Yet the price of DRAM is strongly influenced by cyclical cycles and other factors. For example, if an over-supply occurred, the price dropped sharply. On the other hand, if an over-demand happened, the price escalated several times. Therefore, to be success in this highly competitive business, it is important to grasp certain characteristics of the memory module industry. Namely, high production yield, short lead time and flexible production. In this paper, Theory of Constraints Drum-Buffer-Rope (Drum-Buffer-Rope; DBR) scheduling method and Advanced Planning and Scheduling System (APS) were used for the test schedule optimization process of the memory module. Results showed that both Work In Process and working hour control were improved significantly. |
