中文摘要 | 對於消費者而言,農藥是否殘留於食品中一直是關注的食安議題。本研究根據衛福部食品藥物管理署公告方法在2013年及2014年的1~6月分析農藥在不同年度同時期之農產品農藥陽性檢出率及不合格率,結果發現2013年上半年農藥陽性檢出率及不合格率皆是大於2014年上半年(21.7%,4.7% vs. 18.0%,3.4%),其中檢出率最高者為蔬果類、香辛植物及其它草本植物(鮮食)的32.3%,而不合格率則為茶類、香辛植物及其它草本植物(乾燥)的7.8%,此結果與TFDA 在2013年報告的農藥不合格率最高為豆菜類(34.9%)顯然已經改變。蔬果類農產品檢出的農藥包括acetamiprid(亞滅培)、propoxur(安丹)、thiabendazole(腐絕)、difenoconazole(待克利)、pencycuron(賓克隆)、carbendazim(貝芬替)、dithiocarbamates(二硫代胺基甲酸鹽類)與lufenuron(祿芬隆)。 |
英文摘要 | Consumers have become increasingly concerned with food safety in terms of the pesticide residues present in agricultural products. This study analyzed the positive rates for pesticide residues and the non-compliance rates of agricultural products as determined by the food testing methods promulgated by the Bureau of Food and Drug Management, Ministry of Health and Welfare, Executive Yuan, Taiwan (TFDA), by comparing the testing results for the first six months of 2013 and 2014. Results showed that the pesticide positive rates and non-compliance rates for the first half year of 2013 were higher than the same rates in 2014 (21.7% and 4.7%, respectively, vs. 18.0% and 3.4%). Among them, the highest positive rate for pesticides, 32.3%, was found for fruits and vegetables, spicy crops and other (fresh) herb plants, whereas the highest non-compliance rate, 7.8%, was found for tea leaves, spicy crops and other (dried) herb plants. These results were different from those reported by the TFDA, in which the highest noncompliance rate for pesticide residues (34.9%) was found among legumes. This study also indicated that the pesticide residues found among fruits and vegetable crops included acetamiprid, propoxur, thiabendazole, difenoconazole, pencycuron, carbendazim, dithiocarbamates and lufenuron residues. |
