英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to construct the school-level indicators for the policy implementation of the school actualization program (SAP) and to assess their importance. The preliminary indicators were formulated based upon the literature reviews of on SAP and policy implementation. Then the Delphi method was used to collect quantitative data from 25 expert opinions on the school-level indicators. After three rounds of questionnaire surveys, a total of 29 indicators were constructed, all receiving a consensus. The study found the 29 school-level indicators consisted of three dimensions: leadership, execution, and learning. They also consisted of six items: principal leadership, policy understanding, willingness to implement, self-management, professional learning community, and interscholastic exchange. The ten indicators assessed were labeled as “very important” indicators and the remaining 19 ones were labeled “important” indicators. |
