英文摘要 | Now In Taiwan, Hong Jiu means red wine. However, in the Japan colonial days, Hong Jiu means the red rice wine. In Taiwan 1922, the liquor monopolization was begun. The red rice wine already established a brand before monopolization beginning. However, by monopolization's beginning, the red rice wine began to made at the factory of the monopoly bureau. Then, Taiwan's red rice wine culture is almost disappeared. As for this culture disappearance, the liquor monopolization caused to this culture disappearance? Making it clear is the purpose of this research. Therefore, I analyzed the The red rice wine consumption under the monopoly system. As a result, it isn't possible to say that the The red rice wine culture in Taiwan was destroyed by Japan's monopolization. Rather, under Kuomintang of China rule, the monopoly bureau changed the name of the red rice wine to Hong-Lu-Jiu and the the red rice wine's culture changed? However, this culture disappearance began in the Japan colonial days. This is my hypothesis. The analysis which the liquor monopolization under the Kuomintang monopoly system must be researched in the future. |
