中文摘要 | 本研究目的在分析長榮女中新生之體適能表現,並與教育部體適能常模做比較,以提供學校有關單位之參考。本研究以長榮女中101學年度第一學期入學新生為研究對象,測驗方法是採用教育部所訂定之標準,體適能項目包括身體質量指數、一分鐘仰臥起坐、坐姿體前彎、800公尺跑走、立定跳遠。所測得各項體適能成績以描述性統計進行分析,研究結果如下:一、長榮女中16歲學生健康體適能表現,身體質量指數平均為21、一分鐘仰臥起坐平均為30下、坐姿體前彎平均為32公分、800公尺跑走平均為293秒、立定跳遠平均為148公分;17歲學生之健康體適能表現,身體質量指數(BMI)平均為20、一分鐘仰臥起坐平均為28下、坐姿體前彎平均為32公分、800公尺跑走平均為293秒、立定跳遠平均為146公分。二、長榮女中16-17歲學生各項體適能表現與教育部常模比較,在身體質量指數方面都屬於「正常範圍」、在一分鐘仰臥起坐方面都屬於「銅牌」、在坐姿體前彎方面都屬於「銅牌」、在800公尺跑走方面都屬於「中等」、在立定跳遠方面都屬於「銅牌」。結論:本校101學年度一年級學生之體適能,除了跑走方面還有很大的改善空間外,其他各項體適能表現都還不錯。建議:未來在體育課程中對於學生心肺耐力應特別加強與改善。 |
英文摘要 | The purposes of this study is to analyze the Physical Fitness performance of Chang Jung Girl's Senior High School students and compared with the Ministry of Education norms to provide a reference for school-related units. The objects of this study are according to the Chang Jung Girl's Senior High School First year students of 101 Academic Year. Test method is the use of the Ministry of Education setting the standard. Physical fitness include body mass index (BMI), one minute sit-ups, sitting trunk flexion, 800 meters walk-run, standing long jump. The measured results of the physical fitness were analyzed by descriptive statistics, the results are as follows: The first, Chang Jung Girls' High School's 16 years old student physical fitness performance, BMI was 21, one minute average of 30 sit-ups, the sit and reach an average of 32 cm, an average of 800 meters walk-run 293 seconds, standing long jump an average of 148 cm; 17-year-old student performance physical fitness, The BMI an average of 20, one minute average of 28 sit-ups, the sit and reach an average of 32 cm, 800 meters walk-run average to 293 seconds, standing long jump an average of 146 cm. Second, Chang Jung Girl's Senior High School's 16-17 year-old students, the physical fitness performance compared with the norms of Ministry of Education, the BMI are classified as "normal range" sit-ups in one minute are "Bronze medal ", sitting trunk flexion are "Bronze medal", 800 meters walk-run are all "medium" and the standing long jump are all "Bronze medal." In conclusion, Our First year student of 101 Academic Year's physical fitness in addition to walk-run there is still much room for improvement, in other physical fitness is well done. Suggestion: we should particularly strengthen and improve the student's Cardiorespiratory Endurance in the future sports curriculum. |
