中文摘要 | 本研究萃取臺灣胡桃("Juglans cathayensis" Dode)植株根、莖、葉及枯葉的成分,利用氣相層析質譜儀(gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, GC-MS),進行根、莖、葉及枯葉的胡桃酮(Juglone)成分鑑定及含量分析,並以臺灣胡桃植株根部及葉部的萃取液,與根部及乾葉粉末混合土壤,分別進行小花蔓澤蘭("Mikania micrantha" Kunth.)及大花成豐草("Bidens pilosa" L. var. "radiata" Sch. Bip.)的種子發芽抑制試驗。另外,以3000 ppm的根、莖及葉萃取液噴灑1個月大的小花蔓澤蘭和大花咸豐草幼苗,並觀察其對雜草幼苗生長的影響。研究結果顯示,臺灣胡桃的各部位均含有胡桃酮,而以根部的胡桃酮含量最高。臺灣胡桃不同部位的萃取液對小花蔓澤蘭及大花咸豐草種子的發芽抑制作用,隨濃度的增加而增強。5%(w/w)枯葉粉末的混合土壤對小花蔓澤蘭種子的發芽具顯著的抑制作用。在生物量方面,5%(w/w)枯葉粉末之混合土壤顯著降低小花蔓澤蘭及大花咸豐草的乾物重。臺灣胡桃根、莖及葉的3000 ppm萃取液對小花蔓澤蘭和大花咸豐草幼苗的生長具顯著的抑制作用。本研究證實臺灣胡桃之根、莖及葉均含有胡桃酮,且對小花蔓澤蘭及大花咸豐草具有相剋效應。 |
英文摘要 | The juglone content in root, stem, leaf and litter of "Juglans cathayensis" Dode were extracted, identified and analyzed with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The germination inhibition activity was assayed by treating the seeds of "Mikania micrantha" Kunth. and "Bidens pilosa" var. "radiata" Sch. Bip. with different extracts. Different parts of "J. cathayensis" were also ground into powder and mixed with soil to test germination inhibition activity. 3000 ppm extracts of root, stem and leaf were sprayed onto 1 month-old weed seedlings of M. micrantha and B. pilosa var. "radiata" for observing its effects on biomass and growth of weed seedlings. The results revealed that all parts of "J. cathayensis" contained juglone and the root had the highest content. The effects of germination inhibition of extracts from different parts of "J. cathayensis" on "M micrantha" and "B. pilosa" var. "radiata" seeds increased as the concentration increased. The 5% (w/w) root powder-soil mixture had significant inhibition on seed germination of "M micrantha." In terms of biomass, 5% (w/w) root powder-soil mixture significantly reduced the dry weight of the tested seedlings. 3000 ppm extracts of all parts of "J. cathayensis" significantly inhibited seedling growth of "M micrantha" and "B. pilosa" var. "radiata." This study clearly demonstrated that all parts of "J. cathayensis" contained juglone and had allelopathic effect on "M micrantha" and "B. pilosa" var. "radiata." |
