中文摘要 | 本研究探討含2%二氧化碳氣體曝氣流量、氮源濃度及磷源濃度對Chlorella vulgaris CPC 1-1生長及含油量之影響。實驗結果顯示,二氧化碳為微藻自營生長所必需,氮源為液態培養時受限制的因子,也影響最終微藻生長濃度及最終微藻含油量。本研究中最高微藻生長濃度為2.0 g/L,最高含油量為22 %,且時間非同步,也就是說以2倍氮源(340 mg/L NO3^-)、2倍磷源(340 mg/L PO4^(3-))及0.4 vvm 2%二氧化碳培養時有最高微藻生長速率0.20 g/L/day,而氮源濃度170 mg/L NO3^-、磷源濃度170 mg/L PO4^(3-)及0.4 vvm 2 %二氧化碳培養時有最高油脂累積速率32.4 mg/L/day。藻油脂組成以16碳的脂肪酸酯(C16:0)及18碳含2個不飽和鍵的脂肪酸酯(C18:2)為主,未來需增加18碳含1個不飽和鍵的脂肪酸酯(C18:1)含量,以期符合生質柴油規範。 |
英文摘要 | This study has investigated effects of carbon dioxide flow rate, nitrate, and phosphate concentrations on the growth and lipid productivities of Chlorella vulgaris CPC1-1. The results showed that it is essential to supply carbon dioxide during photo autotrophic growth of C. vulgaris CPCl-1. Nitrate was the limiting factor that affected final biomass concentration as well as algal lipid content. The maximum algal biomass concentration and lipid content were 2.0 g/L and 22 % per dry mass, respectively. Meanwhile, the maximum algal biomass concentration and maximum lipid content did not occur simultaneously. In other words, when C. vulgaris CPC1-1 was cultivated at double nitrate concentration (340 mg/L), double phosphate concentration (340 mg/L) with 2% CO2 flow rate of 0.4 vvm, algae growth rate was at its maximum at the rate of 0.20 g/L/day. Additionally, maximum lipid growth rate of 32.4 mg/L/day occurred at nitrate concentration of 170 mg/L, phosphate concentration of 170 mg/L, and 2 % CO2 flow rate of 0.4 vvm. |
