中文摘要 | 本文探討LED照明中的一階光學技術,包括LED光源模型與螢光粉模型。前者是建立在獨創的中場擬合法上,具有超精確的模型,可用於精確的LED照明設計;後者則是以螢光粉的特性出發,從散射模型開始,藉由一系列的實驗量測與模擬,獲得螢光粉吸收與轉換係數,並藉由光追跡的計算獲得藍光與黃光精確的分布。上述的二種一階光學技術在LED照明發展上階相當重要,對產業界也提供相當正面的協助。 |
英文摘要 | The first-level optical technology associated with LED packaging is discussed in this article. The first is a precise optical modeling technology for LED light sources, which is based on midfield fitting technology, and can be applied to build up a precise optical model for advanced illumination design. The second is a phosphor modeling technology. We start the modeling from scattering property. Through the study of absorption and conversion in phosphor, we can precisely describe optical distribution of yellow and blue lights with Monte Carlo ray tracing. The two precise optical modeling technologies in the first-level optics have played important roles in LED lighting, and also benefit industry. |
