中文摘要 | 本研究目的主要在探討路跑活動訓練對中重度智能障礙學生的體適能及職業體能的影響。方法:以桃園啟智學校40名高職部中、重度學生為研究參與者,分為實驗組與對照組各20名,實驗組接受為期16週、每週3次、每次50分鐘之路跑活動訓練;對照組則維持正常作息。測驗後所得資料,以獨立樣本t考驗比較實驗組與對照組在健康體適能及職業體能前後測之差異;以相依樣本t考驗分析前測與後測健康體適能及職業體能的差異情形;以雙變數來檢定實驗組學生的體適能及職業體能之相關情形。結果發現,實驗組在健康體適能(一分鐘仰臥起坐、立定跳遠、800/1600公尺跑走)、職業體能(開眼右腳、閉眼右腳、步行、上下階梯)均明顯優於控制組,且體適能的表現越好,越能提昇職業體能的表現。因此,本研究結論是,路跑活動能有效增進中重度智能障礙學生健康體適能及職業體能。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to explore the road running training involved in health-related fitness and occupational physical of senior high school students with moderate or severe intellectual disability. Method: The subjects of this research is based on 40 students with moderate or severe intellectual disability at senior high school of Special Education in Taoyuan County, among them 20 in experiment group and 20 in control group. Experiment group received the road running training for 16 weeks, 3 times a week and 50 continuous minutes each time, whereas the control group does not implement any physical training. An independent samples t-test comparing the differences between the two groups before and after the training. A dependent t-test was run to analyze the differences of health-related physical fitness and occupational physical performance before and after training. A Pearson's product moment correlations analyzed factors between health-related physical fitness and occupational physical performance. The result showed that after the 16 weeks' road running training, the experimental group performed better than the control group in all of the measured items; the performance of physical fitness including 60 seconds curl-ups, standing broad jump, and 800/1600 m run and the occupational physical items, i.e. the single foot standing with eyes opened, the single foot standing with eyes closed, walking, stair climbing and descending etc. are all above the average level (p<.05). And the better the physical fitness, the more occupational physical performance improve. Conclusion: The road running training appeared to be an effective method for training students with moderate or severe intellectual disability in physical fitness and occupational physical performance. |
