中文摘要 | 摘 要 中小企業一直是我國經濟發展之重心,從1960年到1980年代中小企業在臺灣一直 扮演著重要的角色,以機動、靈活與創新的特性,帶領著經濟的成長。而在整個的企 業之中,高階管理者為整個企業發展、持續生存之靈魂人物。因此,本研究目的期望 能建立中小企業高科技產業高階管理者之職能模式,使企業在培育或甄選高階管理者 時,能有其參考標準,並以瞭解在各職能間之相對權重值與排序,歸納出下列研究結 論: 經由深度訪談與內容分析法,再透過模糊德菲法篩選出八項重要性之職能項目: 「誠信正直、決策分析與判斷、溝通協調、策略規劃與執行、追求卓越、知人善用、 危機處理能力、培育部屬」。 運用網路層級分析法建立高階管理者職能之相對權重,依照其相對權重值之排 序,其依序為誠信正直(0.275)、決策分析與判斷(0.159)、溝通協調(0.124)、策略規劃 與執行(0.118)、追求卓越(0.103)、知人善用(0.101)、危機處理能力(0.064)、培育部屬 (0.056)。而在職能項目中其前三項之相對權重佔總比例55.8%,可知在高階管理者中誠 信正直、決策分析與判斷、溝通協調較為重要性之指標。 |
英文摘要 | Abstract The purpose of this study was to establish competency models of the executive in Taiwan´s Small and Medium Enterprise of the High-Tech Industry and to understand the each competency index of the relative weight and the order. The result showed that: Through the depth interviews and content analysis, and then use the fuzzy Delphi method to filter out the importance of the functions of the eight items: "Integrity, decision analysis and judgments, communication and coordination, strategic planning and execution, seeking excellence, Appreciating use, crisis management capacity, subordinate cultivation. To build the competency of the relative weight with the Analytic Network Process. The order of Integrity (0.275), Decision Analysis and Judgement (0.159), communication and coordination (0.124), strategic planning and Executive (0.118), seeking excellence (0.103), Appreciating use (0.101), crisis management capacity (0.064), subordinate cultivation (0.056). The items of the competency in its first three of the relative weight of the total proportion of 55.8%, we can see the integrity, decision analysis and judgments, and the communication and coordination are the important indexes. |
