中文摘要 | 本研究旨在瞭解並探討大學生生活型態與自覺健康之現況,同時比較不同自覺健康程度大學生生活型態之差異情形。本研究以龍華科技大學九十九學年度第二學期在學學生為母群體,以隨機抽樣方式調查,共計發放問卷1000份,回收947份,有效問卷885份;以單因子變異數分析進行資料處理,研究之結果為:一、學生生活型態以人際支持構面因素最高,其次依序為自我實現、壓力處理、適當營養、運動行為、健康責任構面,而在健康責任、運動行為構面題項平均得分在中間值3以下;二、學生自覺健康題項平均得分均在中間值3以上;三、不同自覺健康程度學生在健康責任、自我實現、壓力處理、適當營養、運動行為、生活型態整體等構面,高自覺健康組與中自覺健康組之學生高於低自覺健康組之學生,且高自覺健康組之學生高於中自覺健康組之學生;另外在人際支持構面亦顯示,高自覺健康組之學生高於中自覺健康組與低自覺健康組之學生。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to explore the lifestyle and perceived health status as well as to compare the difference between different perceived health status towards lifestyles of college students. Current students of the second semester of the year 2010 at Lunghwa University of Science and Technology were the population of this study. There were total of 1,000 copies distributed, among those 947 were returned and 885 were effective. The data was analyzed by one-way analysis of variance. The following results were obtained: First, among the lifestyle of college students, the “interpersonal support” scored the highest, and the followings were “self-actualization,” “stress management,” “adequate nutrition,” “exercise,” and “health responsibility.” We noticed that the scores of “exercise” and “health responsibility ” are below middle value 3. Second, scores of questions about perceived health status are above 3. Third, among students with different perceived health status, students with intermediate to better perceived health status scores higher in health responsibility, self-actualization, stress management, adequate nutrition, exercise and lifestyle than those with bad perceived health status. Also, students with better perceived health status scores higher in those composition than students with intermediate perceived health status. Moreover, students with better perceived health status scores higher in interpersonal support than those with intermediate to bad perceived health status. |
