中文摘要 | 本研究利用碳酸鋰(Li2CO3)及二氧化鈦(TiO2)粉末,使用固態法以Li2CO3及TiO2之Li/Ti=4:5的莫耳比,將粉末均勻混合24hr後,分別在Air及N2的氣氛中以不同煆燒溫度,製備鈦酸鋰(Li4Ti5O12)粉末。XRD顯示在不同氣氛及煆燒溫度下,加熱至600℃的Li4Ti5O12未反應完全,而800℃以上可完全得到Li4Ti5O12晶相,且Air氣氛下煆燒之粉末有較佳的Li4Ti5O12晶相。電容量性質測試顯示在Air氣氛下煆燒溫度800℃之Li4Ti5O12粉末,其在0.2C/10C的充放電條件下電容量為155 mAh/g,在10C/10C的充放電條件下電容量為80 mAh/g,擁有最佳的電容量及循環穩定性。 |
英文摘要 | Lithium carbonate (Li2CO3) and titanium dioxide (TiO2) powder were mixed and calainated as Li/Ti=4:3 ratio with solid reaction method. The powders after mixing 24hr were calcinated to form lithium titanate (Li4Ti5O12) in the air and N2 atmosphere with different temperature. XRD results show that the raw materials unreact fully at 600℃. However, pure and better Li4Ti5O12 crystalline phase can be obtained more than 800℃ at air atmosphere. The capacity tests exhibit that Li4Ti5O12 powder in air atmosphere of calcination at 800℃ has best charge/discharge capacity and cycle stability. The capacities are 155 mAh/g on 0.2C/10C and 88 mAh/g on 10C/10C of charge/discharge conditions. |
