中文摘要 | 本研究主要利用模糊田口法於不同鹼熱生物活性化製程參數水準調控下,找出接觸角與附著力最佳之參數條件組合,接著分別對試片表面進行結晶相結構、表面形貌、成分分析、表面粗糙度等分析。實驗結果顯示經最佳化製程參數組合下之試件其接觸角及附著力分別比未處理過之原始基材各提升31%及53.2%。經由最佳化製程處理後可使試件表面得到較多的二氧化鈦(TiO2)以致有效降低接觸角,除此之外,也促使O元素含量增加,加速擴散反應進而有效提升披覆層與基材之附著力。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to investigate the optimum Ti-6Al-4V surface bioactivation process via alkali-heat treatment of contact angle and adhesion by the Fuzzy-Taguchi experimental design method. All the surfaces of samples were characterized their crystallographic structure, morphology, chemical composition, surface roughness, contact angle measurement and mechanical properties, respectively. The results show that the surface contact angle and adhesion were improved for about 31% and 53.2%, respectively after the Taguchi optimum alkali-heat experimental design method compared with those of raw Ti-6Al-4V. This is due to more TiO2 content was acquired on Ti-6Al-4V surfaces of the best sample for a better hydrophility performance. Also, more oxygen atoms were diffused into the surfaces for a better adhesion effect between the substrate and coating layer. |
