中文摘要 | 壬基苯酚(nonylphenol, NP) 與辛基苯酚(octylphenol, OP) 為烷基酚聚乙氧基醇類(alkylphenolpolyethoxylates, APEO)分解後之產物,亦為常見之環境荷爾蒙(environmental hormones)。為瞭解不同年齡豬隻血液及飼料原 料之NP 與OP 污染情形,收集台灣南部地區12場豬隻血液,包含母豬、3-5週齡及10-15週齡豬隻;此外,亦採 集4家豬場之玉米、魚粉、豆粉及麩皮等飼料原料。所有樣本皆以高效液相層析儀(high pressure liquid chromatography, HPLC)進行NP 及OP之定量分析。結果顯示12家豬場採集之血液樣本皆可測得NP 及OP 污染,在三種豬隻 年齡層檢體之最高檢出率均達100%。三個年齡層血液檢體中,NP濃度區間分別為0.04-2091.43、1.16-2164.15及 0.65-1560.68 ppb,而OP 濃度區間分別為103.42-10276.98、4.39-7987.52及0.71-10993.62 ppb。飼料原料中麩 皮可見最高量之NP 污染(1.46 ppb),而魚粉可檢出OP污染達9.69 ppb。綜合上述結果顯示,台灣南部地區豬隻及 動物飼料原料已見NP 及OP 之污染,但此二物質於豬隻血液濃度,尚無隨年齡增加而累積之趨勢。 |
英文摘要 | Nonylphenol (NP) and octylphenol (OP) are the most common environmental hormones degraded from alkylphenolpolyethoxylates (APEO) and could be detected in water source as well as swine blood in pig herds in Taiwan. In order to investigate the contamination of NP and OP of blood and feed ingredients in different ages of pigs, blood sample from 12 farms, including sows, 3-5-week-old and 10-15-week-old pigs, and major feed ingredients such as corn, fish meal, soybean meal, wheat bran from other 4 farms of southern Taiwan were collected. All samples were quantified for NP and OP by high pressure liquid chromatography (HPLC). As 12 farms were all contaminated by NP and OP, the highest contamination rate in different age groups all reached 100%. NP in blood of sows, 3-5-week-old and 10-15-week-old pigs ranged as 0.04-2091.43, 1.16-2164.15 and 0.65-1560.68 ppb, respectively; OP ranged as 103.42-10276.98, 4.39-7987.52 and 0.71-10993.62 ppb, respectively. In feed ingredients, the highest NP concentration was found in wheat bran (1.46 ppb) as highest OP in fish meal (9.69 ppb). In conclusion, NP and OP are commonly contaminated in southern Taiwan. Most of the concentrates not increase by age nor bioaccumulated. |
