英文摘要 | Electrical Steel has sides build up problem in hot strip mill (HSM). If the build up is greater than 10um, the electrical steel coil is not allowed to enter the TCM (No.1 Pickling and Cold rolling Mill) or PLCM (No.2 Pickling and Cold rolling Mill). This causes work roll shift run back and time delay. If the defect coil gets into ACL (No.1 Annealing and Coating Line) or CAL#1(No.1 Continuous Annealing Line), it causes the thickness difference between the two sides and thereby the rejection of the coil. We applied the Six Sigma method and used Minitab analysis software to solve the buied up problem in No.1 Hot Strip Mill. |
