中文摘要 | 隨著社群網站迅速發展和進步,以及智慧型手機的高滲透率,行動定位服務(Location-Based Service,LBS)的應用發展已逐漸延伸至日常生活中,愈來愈多的網路社群平台加入行動定位服務。而定位技術與電子地圖的結合,使得跨網之間的合作及應用服務愈來愈受歡迎。因此,本研究藉由科技接受模型、理性行為理論,以瞭解影響使用者採用行動定位服務的態度及意願的主要因素,同時探討在社群網站下,使用者對隱私的考量是否影響其使用行動服務的意願。研究結果發現,個人隱私確實是使用者決定是否使用行動定位服務的考量因素之一;但是使用者選擇使用行動定位服務,多半是因為自己瞭解服務本身是否對隱私提供足夠的保護,而不一定是人云亦云的跟隨親朋好友一起使用。 |
英文摘要 | With the fast development in social networking sites and smart phones, LBS (Location-Based Services) services are widely used in our daily life. Nowadays, there are more and more social networking sites providing LBS in the systems. Especially when the LBS services and electronic maps are integrated, the services in such convergence environment are more appreciated. In this paper, we try to find out the effects of users' attitude on location-based services with Technology Acceptance Model and Theory of Reasoned Action. It also discusses if the privacy consideration will affect users' willingness to use location-based services in social networking sites. The results indicate that interpersonal impacts and information factors are significant to users' privacy. Users might use the location-based services not because family and friends enjoy them but because they understand them by themselves. |
