中文摘要 | 農業人口高齡化及農村人口外移,農務作業對於機械化的需求更為廣泛、多元,而環保議題也是機 械化過程不可忽視的。因此,本研究在開發園藝作業中,取代人力搬運且具綠能動力之太陽能小型電動 搬運車,提供園藝作業場所特性搬運園藝盆栽。 本研究以電腦3D 繪圖設計車架,並模擬車架組裝、配重以角鋼組裝車架,採三輪行進設計,前輪(橡 膠車輪*2)單側輪驅動及後輪轉向,動力來源由1800rpm 驅動馬達DC24V375W 附1:40 減速機(GVM-28) 提供,使用湯淺電瓶(12V50AH*2)串聯提供電力,正逆開關控制前進後退。安裝於車架上部之太陽能板同 時提供操作人員遮陽,單晶太陽能板串聯裝配於車架頂部,吸收太陽能轉換電力後,經SC-10A24V 太陽 能充電控制器對電瓶充電,提供動力來源。本研究設計一舉升裝置於車架前方底部,利用千斤頂(850kg) 提供負荷100 公斤的舉升功能,以載運庭園作業所需。 本研究太陽能發電系統提供電力來源,延長電動車戶外作業時間;千斤頂舉升裝置可省力提升並載 重80 公斤之肥料、盆栽等,減輕人力負擔;轉向軸加裝乘座椅,可使車體重心後移,有助提升載重量。 單輪驅動簡化車體結構,但易於上坡過程因左右輪阻力差異大,造成車體轉向,配置差速器可解決此缺 點。本研究太陽能發電系統提供電力來源,延長電動車戶外作業時間;千斤頂舉升裝置可省力提升並載 重肥料、盆栽等;轉向軸加裝乘座椅,可使車體重心後移,有助提升載重量。單輪驅動簡化車體結構, 但易於上坡過程因左右輪阻力差異大,造成車體轉向,配置差速器可解決此缺點。 |
英文摘要 | The demand for horticultural industry becomes more important as people living improve. Due to the agricultural aging population and outward shift of the rural population, demand of agricultural mechanization is broad and diverse. The issue of environmental protection is unignorable during mechanized process. In this study, a small scale transporter with solar power was developed to replace the manual handling. The transporter is designed to carry with potted plant and fertilizer bag in horticultural workplace. This study designed transporter frame with 3D graphics software ProE and assembly with angle iron. Transporter moves with three wheels which is drived by one of front wheel (rubber wheels * 2) and steered by single rear-wheel. The motor (DC24V375W, 1800rpm) attached 1:40 reducer (GVM-28) provide power source. Yuasa Battery (12V50AH * 2) connected in series provide electricity power and switch control forward and backward. The solar panels install upon the upper frame and provide the shade for operator. Solar panels assembly in series the absorption of convert solar energy into electricity power with SC-10A24V solar charge controller for battery charging. A lifting platform was assembled in front of the frame bottom to lift and carrying garden jobs with the jack (850kg) of 100 kg lifting load. The solar power system in this study extended outdoor operating time of the electric car. Jack lifting devices easily lift and carry the 80 kg fertilizer and potted plants. Installing seats on steering shaft will back-shift the gravity center of frame and increase the lifting load. Driving with single front wheel simplify the body structure, but lead to self-turning on uphill due to the significant resistance difference between left and right wheels. Installation of differential in the future will overcome this shortage. |
