中文摘要 | 目前全球化情境出現兩個主要的趨勢︰經濟系統的服務導向與自然系統的環境意識。本文提出能夠和全球化情境配適且同時考量員工層級和組織層級的策略規劃。為規劃員工層級的策略,本文指出配合全球化趨勢之策略人力資源管理的主要構面和屬性。為規劃組織層級的策略,本文提出配合全球化趨勢之組織核心流程。有了這些策略之後,組織不但比競爭者更能夠配合全球化趨勢,而且能夠獲得全球競爭優勢。 |
英文摘要 | Two main trends appear in the current days' globalization context. They are the service-orientation in the economic system and the environment-consciousness in the natural system. This paper proposes strategy formulation that fits with the globalization context both at the employee level and at the organizational level. To formulate the strategies at the employee level, key dimensions and attributes of SHRM (strategic human resource management) are identified to align with the trends of globalization. To formulate the strategies at the organizational level, core processes are suggested to align with the trends of globalization. With these strategies, the firms will be able to not only fit with the globalization context better than competitors but also gain their global competitive advantages. |
