中文摘要 | 本研究旨在瞭解直排曲棍球運動員對教練領導行為與組織承諾之現況與關聯性。本研究針對直排曲棍球運動員為對象,採便利抽樣方式抽取,回收整理後得有效問卷218份(男性193位、女性25位)。本研究使用鄭志富、蕭嘉惠、牟鍾福(1997)的運動領導量表(共包含五個向度:訓練與指導、民主式行為、權威式行為、關懷行為、鼓勵行為)與鄭俊傑(2007)所編制的組織承諾量表(包含三個向度:團隊認同、努力意願、留隊傾向)為研究工具。其資料主要以描述性統計、皮爾遜積差相關、逐步迴歸分析統計方法進行分析。主要結果如下:教練領導行為與組織承諾中的留隊傾向達顯著水準,另外,教練領導行為中之訓練與指導與留隊傾向的預測力最大。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to explore the possible relationship leadership and organizational commitments in roller hockey. Used the convenient sample method and 218 effective questionnaires were called back (men 193, female 25). The study applies Cheng, Xiao and Mou (1997) leadership scale for sport (training and instruction, democratic behavior, positive, autocratic behavior, feedback support) and Cheng (2007) organizational commitment (team recognition, willingness to take efforts, decision to stay in the team). Through the analysis of description statistics, pearson product-moment correlation and stepwise regression, the conclusion is as follows: First: significantly of the decision to stay in the team of organizational commitment correlation leadership behavior. Second: significantly of leadership behavior in the training and instruction for decision to stay in the team of organizational commitment has the best predicting. |
