中文摘要 | 現今醫院在資訊基礎設備充足的前提之下,開始思考如何運用資訊科技輔助醫護過程,因此如何建構行動護理爲其中重要的資訊整合之一。行動護理在台灣還屬於萌芽階段,近年來已有一些醫院導入行動護理的概念與系統實作,讓醫療資訊系統能夠隨著醫護人員移動至各病房中,增進醫療護理時的方便性。然而,資訊科技之發展日新月異,結合許多新技術與觀念使行動護理不僅能夠發揮更好的效益外,並兼顧節能、資訊安全提升與維護管理效率等議題。因此,本篇以綠色節能概念爲基礎,結合雲端儲存運算、精簡客户端(Thin Client)的先進觀念,利用桌面虚擬化技術建構雲端行動護理車,並思考如何以虚擬化技術來突破傳統電腦與行動護理車所面臨的管理問題。最後,以某區域型醫院建置行動護理車爲例,建置後電腦病毒感染率降爲0%;維修效率提升50%;比傳統桌上型電腦省電達86%;護理人員使用滿意度高達90%以上,成效卓著。期望藉由此篇論文,讓所有欲建置行動護理之醫院做爲參考。 |
英文摘要 | Today the hospital in the information infrastructure sufficient premise, start thinking about how to apply information technology in the health care process, so how to construct a mobile nursing information integration is one of the important one. Mobile nursing in Taiwan also belong to infancy, some hospitals have been introduced in recent years, mobile nursing concepts and system implementation, allowing medical information systems and health care workers can move together to each of the wards, enhance medical care convenience. However, the rapid development of information technology, combined with many new technologies and ideas that action can not only play better care benefits, taking into account energy conservation, improvement and maintenance of information security management efficiency and other issues. Therefore, this green energy concept, combined with cloud storage computing, thin clients, and the use of desktop virtualization technology building cloud mobile nursing cart, and think about how the virtualization technology to break through the traditional computer mobile nursing management problems. Finally, this article operates a real case from hospital that can provide the outcome of the study: computer virus infection rates dropped after 0%; repair efficiency 50%; than traditional desktop computers saving up to 86%; user satisfaction more than 90%. |
