中文摘要 | 目的:探討和諧呼吸技術在頂尖運動員的應用效果。方法:採個案研究法,以大陸國家女子佩劍隊有望參加2012 倫敦奧運會運動員為研究對象,使用美國HeartMath 公司研發的“和諧呼吸”技術對運動員進行四個階段的生物反饋訓練。結果:(一)“無干擾情境”階段運動員掌握和諧呼吸技術較快,初期訓練增加難度時會帶來一定的疲勞感和挫敗感;(二)“賽場間歇情境”階段運動員進入高和諧狀態及調動和諧能量都獲得了很好的成績。心率變異性曲線和能譜圖呈現出平滑規則趨勢,提示運動員對訓練的接受度得到提高;(三)“比賽過程演練”階段練習後期高難度等級的和諧值和能譜值持續增加,提示該運動員通過比賽過程演練,進入並保持和諧狀態的能力得到加強,但運動員演練比賽的時間不宜過長,以避免出現疲勞感;(四)“ 困難情境回調” 階段心率變異性曲線呈明顯規則正弦波圖形,提示運動員在困難情境的回調能力有明顯提高,且在訓練中沒有出現疲勞感;(五)和諧呼吸訓練效果得到教練員和運動員的認可,和諧呼吸技術在一定程度上提高了運動員的注意力集中及積極情緒的調動能力。結論:女子佩劍運動員進入並保持和諧狀態的能力的提高與優異競技表現之間有一定的聯繫。 |
英文摘要 | Purpose: To examine the effect of harmonious breathing techniques on a women's saber fencer. Method: A case study was used to explore the effect of harmonious breathing techniques developed by the U.S. HeartMath on an athlete in the National Women's saber team who was expected to participate in the 2012 London Olympic Games. Results: (1) In “non-interference situation” stage the athlete mastered harmonious breathing techniques quickly. In the beginning of the training, with increasing the difficulty athlete experienced some sense of fatigue and frustration; (2) In “stadium intermittent situations” stage the athlete successfully got into high harmony state and achieved good results in mobilization of harmonious energy. Heart rate variability curves and energy spectra have showed the smooth and rhythmic trend suggesting that the athlete has improved and adapted the training; (3) In the later stage of “game rehearsal drills” the harmony values and the value of spectrum continued to increase at the high difficulty level suggesting the athlete passed the game rehearsal drills and her harmony state has been enhanced but the rehearsal drills should not be too long to avoid fatigue. (4) In “the adjustment in difficult situation” stage heart rate variability curve was positive sine wave graphics suggesting that the athlete’s adjustment ability in difficult situation has significantly improved. (5) The positive effect of harmony respiratory training has been recognized by the coaches and athletes to improve the athlete’s focus and the capacity to mobilize the positive emotions in some degrees. Conclusions: There are positive association between the high harmony status and elite athletic performance for Women’s Saber Fencers. |
