中文摘要 | 本研究係以超臨界甲醇轉酯化技術生產生質柴油。實驗先以大豆油之料源進行測試,結果顯示溫度、壓力、醇油比越高與滯留時間越長,可以獲得較高的生質柴油產率;使用其他料源(如痲瘋樹籽油、廢食用油和蓖麻油)或添加其他料源(蓖麻油和棕櫚廢酸油)於大豆油中,其生質柴油產率相近(48~55 wt%);另外填充瓷圈之惰性材料後,並以大豆油或痲瘋樹籽油作為料源,其生質柴油產率皆高於90 wt%。綜合上述實驗結果顯示,超臨界甲醇轉酯化生產技術不需任何觸媒,可適用於各種料源生產生質柴油,在適當操作條件下,生質柴油產率可大於90 wt%。 |
英文摘要 | A performance test on biodiesel produced by transesterification technology with supercritical methanol has been carried out. As oil feedstock is soybean oil, the results show that the higher temperature, pressure, methanol-oil ratio as well as the longer residence time, the higher production of biodiesel. Using other oil feedstocks such as jatropha oil, spent cooking oil, and castor oil or additives such as castor oil and waste palm oil in soybean oil as a feedstock, the production rate of biodiesel is similar (48~55wt%). The higher conversion rate of biodiesel (>90wt%) could be achieved by packing inert ceramic material for oil feedstocks of soybean oil and jatropha oil. In conclusion, a wide range of different materials can be used as a feedstock, and the production rate is more than 90% under the optimized operation conditions. |
