中文摘要 | 本研究目的為設計與測試一新式減振包裝方式,吾人將利用電腦輔助設計軟體(I-DEAS)設計芒果用之托盤,透過I-DEAS的有限元素分析,來獲得最佳芒果用之托盤,之後將此新式托盤進行實驗室車輛運輸振動模擬實驗。首先參考國內外所使用的包裝方式與托盤設計,使用I-DEAS設計新式芒果用托盤,並進行應力形變模擬,然後將此新式減振托盤實際製作,再利用模擬振動試驗機探討減振減傷之效果。模擬振動試驗採用金頓公司所生產之運輸型模擬振動試驗機,當模擬振動試驗完成後,再對芒果進行硬度試驗,硬度試驗則採用日本竹村公司所生產之果實硬度計,利用此硬度計將可探討新式托盤之減振效果。吾人設計之新式托盤藉電腦輔助工程(CAE)模擬分析結果顯示,可承受兩倍以上水果之重量,與傳統托盤比較,材料使用量少,具有可再利用性,兼具環保功能,其新式減振托盤保有懸吊式設計,可有效緩衝運輸時車輛的振動對於水果之傷害。在模擬運輸試驗中,振動時間1小時與2小時所獲得的結果差異性並不大,皆以新式水果用拖盤設計2為最佳,其結果與對照組並無太大差異,所以此懸吊式拖盤對於振動模擬機所產生的振動具有相當程度之減振效果,使得芒果因振動所造成之損傷降至最低,若大量使用於農產品包裝,將有助於維持水果之品質。 |
英文摘要 | The objective of this study was to develop a new packaging tray to reduce the damage to mangoes during transportation. The prototypes of new packaging tray were created and tested by CAD/CAE software called I-DEAS. Transit vibration tests simulating a cross-county trip of approximately 330 km (from Tainan county to Taipei city) showed this new fruit packaging tray prevented transport vibration damage to mangoes when it was used with a corrugated fiberboard box. Comparative damage data are reported for simulated shipment of mangoes of varying firmness levels by a fruit hardness meter.The results of this transit vibration test showed mangoes could be shipped in the new packaging tray and the transit vibration damage was not greater than that of the control set. The overall mean firmness level obtained by the new packaging tray of No.2 in a corrugated fiberboard box among the mangoes had the lowest value of the whole test sets. Compared with the traditional packaging method, this new kind of packaging tray can significantly reduce the vibration damage to mangoes during transportation. |
