英文摘要 | 2-Benzyloxyisoflavone (6), the key intermediate for prepareation of the target com-pounds, was synthesized through the oxiclative rearrangement of 2'-acetoxy-2-benzyloxy-chalcone (3) with thallium nitrate. Product 6 was then catalytically reduced with hydrogen to the 2'-hydroxyisoflavan (7). Compound 7 was further oxidized with Fremy's salt to give isoflavanquinone (8). Debenzylation of 6 gave 2'-hydroxyisoflavone (9) which was sub-sequently oxidized with Fremy's salt to isoflavone quinone (10). The anti-platelet aggregation, anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic activities of compounds 8 and compound 10 and their synthetic intermediates were examined. Among them, compounds 7, 8, 9 and 10 all showed significant activities. The most promising two agents were compounds 8 and 10, which may be used as novel structural prototypes for the development of anti-platelet aggregation, anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic agents. |
