中文摘要 | 本研究目的為將低欄架敏捷訓練應用於優秀男子排球選手的訓練中,評估低欄架敏捷訓練對於排球選手在二、三、四號位置攔網整體反應時間(total response time, TRT)上的效果。以12名優秀男子排球選手為研究對象,並將其分為低欄架敏捷性訓練組與對照組,進行6週的訓練,並於訓練前、第2週、第4週與第6週訓練結束後,以排球運動攔網敏捷性分析系統進行攔網TRT測試。統計方法採用二因子變異數分析(twoway ANOVA)進行考驗,比較兩組在訓練方式上的差異,最後以Tukey HSD法進行組內的事後比較。主要結果如下:經過6週的訓練後,低欄架敏捷性訓練組與對照組在攔網TRT上有顯著的差異,而組內的事後比較,訓練組在第4週後即出現顯著的效果,而對照組經過6週的訓練後並未出現顯著的差異。本研究結論:低欄架敏捷訓練能增進優秀排球選手在攔網TRT的敏捷表現,可能是由於步伐轉換的能力提升與接收刺激後能較快速的產生反應,因而增進迅速方向變換的移動攔網能力。 |
英文摘要 | This study aimed to investigate the effects of step hurdle agility training on total response time (TRT) of the position 2, 3 and 4 in the front row among elite male volleyball players. Twelve elite players were recruited and divided into step hurdle agility training group (ATG) and control group (CG). After a six-week training, the block total response times in every phase (pre-test, after two-week, four-week and six-week) were measured by Block Agility Estimator System and tested using the two-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) procedure. Specific post-hoc comparisons of independent variables were conducted by Tukey HSD test. The results showed that there were significant differences between ATG and CG in TRTs after six-week training. In ATG, the Tukey HSD test showed a significant improvement in TRT after fourth week training. However, no significant improvement was found in the CG after six-week training. These findings demonstrated that agility training method indeed improves the block performance of elite volleyball players. The most possible reason is that step hurdle agility training enhances the step shifting ability and shortens the reaction time of stimulations; hence the moving blocking technique of players was improved. |
