中文摘要 | 早期的台灣的創造力教育偏向於培育少數菁英式的資優教育,之後由於台北市的倡導與推動,教育部的「創造力教育白皮書』(White Paper on Creative Education)政策的規劃與願景宣示,以及近期熱烈進行中的創造力教育白皮書先期行動方案的推行,創造力成為重要的教育議題,創造力教育真正受到廣泛的討論與推廣。本文試圖從我國現有之相關法規,重大會議決議書及建設方案教育事件與革新方案,探討台灣推動創造力教育之相關法規與共識。全文分別介紹台灣創造力教育的回顧、台灣創造力教育的現況、台灣推動創造力教育問題與突破等方面深入探討。 |
英文摘要 | Early creativity education in Taiwan rested on gifted education for the talented minority. Since then, Taipei has made efforts to advocate and promote creativity education for all. The Ministry of Education has revealed its planned policy and proclaimed vision in the White Paper on Creative Education. The recent implementation of the Advance Phase Action Plan of this White Paper has made creativity a significant educational issue thus generating extensive discussion on and promotion of creativity education. Based on existing relevant regulations, national policy, and important education events and projects, the author try to analysis the legislative base and public consensus on creativity education. This article reviews past and present creativity education in Taiwan and discusses the problems and breakthroughs encountered in promoting creativity education. |
