中文摘要 | 交通路況之收集一般乃是採用固定式的車輛偵測器(Vehicle Detector, VD), 不但其建置及維護成本龐大,空間覆蓋率亦十分有限。近年來,由於無線網路與車用 GPS 的快速普及,配有GPS 車機、可即時傳送車輛位置與速度等行車資訊的物流車隊 愈來愈多,這些行車資訊若經適當的收集與處理,物流車輛即可成為一種成本低廉、 覆蓋率高的交通路況偵測器。本文介紹如何應用雲端運算與空間資訊技術,快速有效 地收集、處理物流車隊的行車資訊,進而發佈為交通路況資訊,以提供用路人路徑規 劃的參考。 |
英文摘要 | Vehicle Detectors (VD) have been commonly used to collect traffic information around the world. Due to their high expenses of implementation and maintenance, however, VDs can only serve limited parts of traffic network. With the rapid development and popularity of wireless communication and GPS, there are more and more logistics fleets whose vehicles are equipped with an on-board unit that can transmit their driving information such as location and speed in real-time manners. Being collected and processed by proper techniques, those driving data can become useful resources in place of traditional solutions by VDs. This paper introduce how we apply GIS and Cloud Computing to implement a ‘private cloud’ that can efficiently collect and process driving data of logistic fleets, and publish traffic information to road users for their better decision of driving plan. |
