中文摘要 | 本研究依據文獻回顧建立研究架構,探討旅行業的策略聯盟成員於選擇夥伴考慮之夥伴特性及聯盟狀況性對聯盟績效的影響。結果顯示,資源互補性、補充性、市場地位、企業文化相容性、關係網絡強度正向影響聯盟聚集強度。資源可模仿性正向影響夥伴間衝突,其與企業文化相容性則為負向關係。與夥伴間相互依賴的關係上,資源互補性、市場地位及關係網絡與其呈正向影響,但與資源可替代性及模仿性呈負向影響。最後,聯盟聚集強度、夥伴間相互依賴正向影響聯盟績效,與夥伴間衝突則為負向影響關係。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of partner characteristic and characteristics of alliance conditions on the performance of strategic alliances between travel agencies. The result of this study suggests that the resource complementary, supplementary, market position, complementary of organizational culture and social networks have positive and significant effects on the collective strengths. Resource imitability has positive and significant effects on the interpartner conflict. Complementary of organizational culture has negative and significant direct effects on the interpartner conflict. Resource substitutability and imitability have negative and significant effects on the interdependencies. However, resource complementary, market position and social networks have positive and significant effects on it. Moreover, the collective strengths and interdependencies have positive and significant effects on the performance of strategic alliances. But interpartner conflict has positive and significant effect on it. |
