中文摘要 | 本研究以聚苯乙烯(PS)作為模板合成氧化鈦(TiO2)中空結構之微球,模板製備實驗使用無乳化聚合法,添加陽離子型起始劑偶氮二異丁鹽酸鹽(AIBA)形成帶正電PS模板。核殼球製備實驗使用硬模板法(Hard-Templating Method),利用所製備之PS模板搭配之異丙醇鈦(TTIP),形成TiO2/PS核殼微球,接著藉由不同的煅燒溫度與煅燒時間移除PS模板而獲得二氧化鈦中空球,藉由SE與TEM觀察二氧化鈦中空球之型貌與殼層厚度,使用XRD對二氧化鈦中空球進行成分與晶體結構分析。以TGA觀察PS微球與TiO2/PS中空微球隨溫度增加重量之變化。最後吾人將TiO2中空微球狀粉體進行紫外光光催化甲基藍水溶液(MB)之光觸媒應用分析,其中於煅燒溫度500°C時,可得光催化活性佳之銳鈦礦晶相結構,以發揮其最佳之光觸媒效應。 |
英文摘要 | The core-shell strctured TiO2/PS microspheres were fabricated by a hard tempating method by using the polystyrne (PS) microspheres derived from emulsion-free polymerization, which were made to be positively charged with surface modified by anion polyelectrolyte of 2,2,azobis(2-methylpropion a midine) dihydrochloride (for short, the AIBA), and were mixed with titanium tetro-isopropoxide (TTIP). The TiO2/PS microspheres were converted into TiO2 hollow spheres by heat treatment at 500~800°C for 30 min and at 450°C for various annealing time of 30~120 min. The crystallinity, microstructure, shell thickness and weight loss due to heating for the TiO2 hollow spheres were examined under XRD, SEM, TEM, and TGA. The photocatalytic behaviot of such TiO2 hollow spheres were investigated in the Methylene blue (MB) dye solution under UV light simulation. The result indicates that the TiO2 hollow spheres annealed at 500°C has the best photocatalytic perfromance , which was conjunction with anatase structure of much enhaced catalytic activity. |
