中文摘要 | 風力發電系統所採用發電機的輸出電壓及頻率隨不同的風速改變,而且變化範圍相當大。傳統風力發電系統在交流-直流轉換部分,大多採用橋式整流器與直流-直流轉換器串級連接,導致輸入電流脈波過大,造成發電機繞組的電流應力增加。本論文旨在研究一應用於風力發電系統之高功率因數三相交流-直流轉換器,具有功率因數修正功能以改善傳統風力發電系統造成的輸入電流脈波過大問題。本轉換器使用單一切換開關整合三相交流-直流升壓型轉換器及直流-直流升壓型轉換器,以達到將變化範圍大的電壓及頻率轉換成直流高壓輸出。本轉換器之前半級操作在不連續導通模式以達到高功率因數。後半級亦操作在不連續導通模式,提供再次的升壓操作。本文中對本轉換器作操作原理及穩態的分析。最後,對本轉換器在輸入電壓18 Vrms/15 Hz ~ 68 Vrms/66 Hz及輸出電壓400 VDC下,進行電腦模擬以驗證其性能。 |
英文摘要 | In the wind-power generating system, the output voltage and frequency of the generator are varied with the wind speed and the ranges are very large. Traditionally, the bridge-diode rectifier and a DC-DC converter are adopted in AC-DC power conversion for the wind-power generating system. It results in pulsating input current and large current stresses in the generator windings. This paper researches a high power factor three-phase AC-DC converter for wind-power generating system. This converter utilizes single switch to integrate a three-phase AC-DC boost converter with a DC-DC boost converter for high step-up voltage conversion. The front semi-stage of the proposed converter is operated in discontinuous conduction mode (DCM) to achieve high power factor. The rear semi-stage is also operated in DCM to provide step-up voltage conversion again. The operating principles and steady-state analyses are discussed. Finally, the computer simulation in input voltage 18 Vrms/15 Hz ~ 68 Vrms/66 Hz and output voltage 400 VDC is done verify the performance of the proposed converter. |
