中文摘要 | 本研究透過某中途之家的自立生活能力培育方案之實踐經驗為 出發,據以反思培育内涵、實施策略,以及介入對安置少女的改變。 透過焦點團體方法,共計12名工作員,進行資料收集與分析,結果 顯示輔導人員認為自立生活能力培育方案對安置少女的自立生活能 力之增進具有正向效果。研究建議未來安置機構宜根據個案之發展 特質與個別化需求,配合安置階段任務進行不同層次與向度的自立 生活能力培育,並落實評估機制。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to explore the outcome of training program of independent living capability with young girls in residential care. The focus group method was conducted to collect data from 12 practitioners. Empirical results have demonstrated that the ILTP has positive effectiveness for these girls’ independent living capabilities in this halfway house. Some suggestions were recommended for child welfare practice: (1) Care practitioners design ILTP under the principles of human development, and stages of residential care. (2) Care practitioners make sure to evaluate the effectiveness of ILTP. |
