中文摘要 | 機車停等區是臺灣地區號誌化路口管理停等機車疏解的重要措施之一。由於機車的移動特性,因此在路口停等號誌時乃在汽車停等空間之下游特別規劃一空間,讓機車能於紅燈時段進入該區域,而能在綠燈始亮時得以快速疏解,避免疏解時之汽機車混流干擾,以提升路口疏解效率、秩序及安全。本研究發現目前國內沒有機車停等區之詳細設計規範,因此目前之設置常發現有不符合實際運作之狀況。本研究以臺北市為實證研究對象,經由現場觀察與調查分析,希望能提出一些建設性意見,以供交通單位之參考。在停等區之疏解特性分析部分,本研究觀察發現目前機車停等區內之機車疏解時間都會在6秒內完成,平均起動延誤時間為2.4~4.8秒,每增加一部機車多增約在0.09~0.38秒之間;而停等區機車先行疏解對於上游第一部汽車之疏解平均約增加5秒的時間;當機車停等區均勻停滿時,每部機車所佔面積平均為1.47平方公尺/機車,第一排均勻排列機車時,平均每部機車約佔0.98公尺的寬度。 |
英文摘要 | The motorbike waiting zones were designed for queued motorbikes discharging on signalized intersections. Motorbikes can queue up in these areas during red interval and quickly discharge on the start of green. However, this study found that there were lack of design principles, so the regulations could not fit in with the needs of operating vehicles at various intersections. In addition, based on the field data in Taipei City, this study focuses on the problems of motorbikes' discharge charactersitics and hopes they could be helpful for the designing of traffic devices. This study found some discharge characteristics as follows: (1) motorbikes could discharge completely in 6 seconds, (2) the average start time-lag for motorbikes discharged was 2.4~4.1 seconds, (3) the extra discharge time for each motorbike was between 0.09 to 0.38 seconds, (4) the discharge time of the first upstream vehicle was about 5 seconds after the last motorbike discharging, and (5) when waiting areas were filled with motorbikes, it was easy to calculate the average motorbikes occupancy was 1.47 motorbikes/m², and average-width was 0.98 meter/motorbike. These parameters could be helpful for traffic device design in Taiwan. |
