中文摘要 | 流旋形加工為一非傳統加工技術,屬無屑塑性成形加工方式,為製造高精度、高強度薄殼管件的最佳製程。本研究主要探討使用新版軟體及改變機器硬體,提升現有機器之旋形能量,開發鉻鉬鋼SAE4130材料的一體式旋胚,可減少一個焊接製程及縮短車削加工時程,並提高旋形管之可靠度,經由試旋獲得最佳旋形參數,完成直徑500mm旋形管之旋製。本研究結合電子束焊接(EBW)技術,將旋形管、端蓋及滑腳座組焊成加力器,順利完成直徑500mm大型加力器外殼之製作技術開發。 以拉伸試驗比較旋形管徑向及軸向試片之拉伸強度,結果在軸向之強度高於徑向,驗證旋形管具有異向性組織;試片經過EB焊接後,焊道強度與母材相近,接頭效率接近100%;不管母材或焊接試片,經過180°C及450°C之應力消除,對於延伸率之提升並無顯明助益。 |
英文摘要 | Flow forming technology is a kind of non-traditional manufacture. It belongs to the category of chipless plastic deformation manufactures. The Flow Forming technology is especially suitable to produce high precision, high strength, seamless thin-wall tube. This research is trying to integrate the new hardware and software into the existing flow forming machine. By taking SAE4130 chromium-molybdenum steel as a sample to develop ψ500mm flow forming tube from a preformed tube could skip off an electronic beam welding operation and could reduce the next turning operation time. With this little change, the reliability of the flow forming tube can be increased and, after several test parameters try run, the ψ500m flow forming tube can be obtained. The whole research work is completed by carrying out the electronic beam welding (EBW) operation to weld the side cap, launching seats onto the flow forming tube to accomplish the ψ500mm combustion chamber product. In considering the tensile tests of the test bars which are extracted from the axial direction as well radial direction of the flow forming tube, it is found that the tensile strength from the axial direction is greater than that from the radial, which induces tat the preformed tube after flow forming operation has changed its elementary characteristics from homogeneous into heterogeneous structured tube. In addition, after EBW on the test tube, the tensile tests of the test bars prove that the tensile strength on the welding path is nearly as same as that from the unwelded part. The joint efficiency is nearly 100%. It is also found that tension test specimens either from the tube itself or from the EBW path have no effects at all after 180° or 450° stress relief heat treatment. Therefore, no elongation effect occurs after heat treatment. |
