中文摘要 | 本研究提出結合瞬心法與巨集指令進行平板凸輪加工之參數化CNC程式設計模式。本研究使用瞬心法來解析及設計擺線型式凸輪複雜外廓曲線,以CNC工具機控制器的巨集令(Custom Macro)功能設計參數化CNC程式以進行平板凸輪的加工,並以實例配合適當加工條件做切削加工,並在CNC工具機上進行平板凸輪的加工驗證。且利用三次元座標量測儀進行凸輪輪廓量測,以分析凸輪的外型的誤差。研究後發現本研究所提出之以巨指令參數化CNC程式進行平板凸輪的加工是實際可行且具有簡易、彈性和高效率的優點,的確是凸輪製造技術的一項突破。 |
英文摘要 | This study proposes a plate cam fabrication method that combining instant center method and custom macro functions. The instantaneous center method was used to analyze and design the profile of plate cam and the custom macro functions is used to program the parametric numerical control (NC) program for plate cam machining. Practical examples are introduced to validate the cutting work of CNC machine center with regard to plate cam machining. To analyze the accuracy of cam profiles, the coordination measurement machine (CMM) is used to measure the cam profiles. After practical examples test, this study successfully demonstrated that the proposed method, that of performing plate cam with macro function and parametric CNC program, was practical and advantageous in its simplicity, flexibility, and high efficiency. In addition to the substantial time in design computation that can be saved, the proposed method is believed to be an important step in cam manufacturing technology. |
