中文摘要 | 近年來台灣地區駕駛人不禮讓執行緊急任務救護車情形屢見不鮮,部分案例甚至 因此而延誤病患緊急醫療救護黃金時間。雖然目前各項法令規章已明顯規範汽機車之 避讓行駛行為,但駕駛人仍可能因為缺乏充分之避讓資訊而不知所措。本文主要在 整合GIS與LBS技術,發展一套可提供救護車行駛過程中車輛避讓正確與完整資訊之 App應用程式,讓駕駛人能事先預知救護車之行進方向與採用之車道,進而採取正確 之避讓行為,讓救護車能盡早完成緊急救護或救援任務。 |
英文摘要 | In recent years, news frequently reported that drivers in Taiwan do not yield the rightof- way to authorized emergency vehicles or ambulance. Some of these cases even resulted in tragedies of delaying patients in receiving timely medical treatments. Although there are policies and rules exist to regularize drivers to yield the right-of-way to an authorized emergency vehicle, drivers, while sensing an emergency vehicle is approaching, may not be able to cope with this situation of yielding the right-of-way to the emergency vehicle due to lack of information about its maneuver on the roadway. This study integrated the technology of Geographic Information System, GIS, and Location Based Service, LBS, to develop an App application that could convey ambulance approaching direction and the lane being used on the roadway to drivers allowing them to make advanced maneuver of yielding the rightof- way to the ambulance to carry through its missions of emergency rescue. |
