中文摘要 | 本研究目的旨在初步建構幼兒園園長教練領導訓練方案,為達研究目的,招募6位公私立幼兒園園長接受本訓練方案工作坊,透過焦點訪談、回饋表、觀察記錄及研究札記等研究方法蒐集相關資料。 研究結果發現:一、在教練領導訓練方案設計方面,受訓園長對於整體訓練方案設計,包括課程內容安排、設計時間分配及課程順序等要素,抱持肯定的態度;二、在教練領導訓練方案活動設計方面,受訓園長對於訓練方案之活動內容與進行方式抱持滿意的意見;三、在研究參與者成長與改變,受訓園長表示學會教練領導技巧,也能覺察省思自己的領導方式,增進領導能力與信心。同時,受訓園長也提供若干建議,作為修正本訓練方案之依據。根據研究結果,建議幼兒園園長應熟悉與善用教練領導的基本概念與技巧,建議教育行政機關將教練領導訓練方案納入園長培訓及在職訓練課程,辦理幼兒園園長教練領導實務經驗分享與督導研習,另也針對未來研究提出建議。 |
英文摘要 | The aim of this research is to construct the training program of coaching leadership for the principals of kindergarten. Six principals are selected for being trained in a workshop. Data are collected by in-depth interviewing, feedback sheets and observations. The findings suggest: (1) The trainees are satisfied with the training scheme, including course arrangement, time arrangement, and course sequence. (2) The trainees are also satisfied with the content of training course. (3) The participants feel that they have learned the skills of coaching leadership and considered how to improve the ability and confidence of leadership. (4) Finally, the trainees offer some suggestions for further improvement of training schemes. This research therefore suggests that the principals should take advantage of the basic concepts and skills of coaching leadership. In addition, the authorities should not only apply coaching leadership course to the training of kindergarten principals and on the job training but also share with each other between principals and supervisors. Finally, suggestions are offered for future study. |
