英文摘要 | This study is to develop a new microwave absorption material with lighter, thinner, and higher absorption performance. Mixing Fe3O4 nano particle powders coating with different proportions of carbon (Fe3O4/1C -Fe3O4/4C) and rubber to make composites which are composed of wt60%, length of 15cm, width of 15cm, and thickness from 0.2mm to3.5mm. The effect of nano Fe3O4 coating with different proportions of carbon, thickness, and weight percent on the electromagnetic properties of composite is investigated. Experimental results show that Fe3O4/3C and Fe3O4/4C with wt60%, thickness of 1.0mm absorbers have the maximum reflection loss value above 20dB appears at 16.5GHz and 15GHz. Meanwhile, the corresponding bandwidth of each reflection loss value above 10 dB is about 4 GHz. The wt60% Fe3O4/1C absorbers with thickness form 2.5mm to 3.5mm,and the wt60% Fe3O4/2C form 2.5mm to 3.0mm both have the maximum reflection loss value above 20dB. These results could be a valuable reference for the development of microwave absorption material. |
