中文摘要 | 本研究探討次氯酸在貯運前預處理對編辮型馬拉巴栗裸根種苗模擬貯運後與復勢生長期腐爛之影響,並進一步探討6-苄氨基嘌呤(BA)促進側芽萌發的效率,以加速復勢期生育品質。模擬貯運前以次氯酸鈉(NaOCl)或次氯酸鈣(Ca(OCl)_2)進行編辮苗表面消毒,觀察模擬貯運後腐爛、失水及復勢生長。結果顯示,經次氯酸處理之編辮苗,皆能減少模擬貯運後之腐爛率。七月夏季颱風過後或春季三月挖取之裸根編辮苗,貯運前以0.8% NaOCl 浸漬消毒5 min 或0.8%-1.2% Ca(OCl)_2 高壓噴霧表面消毒,陰乾24 h 後在18℃冷藏環境模擬貯運30 天,腐爛率分別降至5%(雨季)及0%-2%(乾季),對照組則有40%較高腐爛率。失水率與對照組相比也維持在8%以內;調查於溫室復勢生長40 天的種苗生長,以次氯酸鈣0.8%及1.2%消毒者,仍能維持13%以下之腐爛失編率,所有編辮苗經次氯酸鈣處理者,皆能在復勢生長25 天內,達到80%以上之商業可販售率,在葉長、葉寬、葉柄長及相對葉綠素含量SPAD 值並無明顯差異,顯示次氯酸鈣處理對葉片生育無負面影響。此外,在復勢生長期間,以BA 噴布貯運後上盆植株,顯現處理50 mg.L^(-1) BA 之編辮苗有較多芽體產量與較快生長速度,達到80%可販售品質標準時間縮短至16.5天,具顯著促進一致性萌芽效果且株型緊密充實,可推薦利用。 |
英文摘要 | This study aimed to explore the effect of hypochlorite pretreatment to overcome decay of bare braided seedling, and 6-benzylaminopurine (BA) on increasing lateral buds production of malabar chestnut (Pachira macrocarpa). The 25 ㎝ length of bare braided seedlings pretreated with sodium hypochlorite or calcium hypochlorite for surface sterilization were cured for 24 hrs. and then stored at 18℃ cooling condition for 30-day of shipment simulation. The results indicated that the seedlings dug from the field in wet-rainy times in summer and in drought period in spring both had a low contamination and the decay percentage were 5% and 0% - 2% when the bare braided seedlings were pretreated with 0.8% NaOCl and 0.8% - 1.2% Ca(OCl)_2 respectively. But the control showed a decay percentage of 40%. The efficiency of sterilization might also be effective to the regrowth of braided seedlings after potting in coir dust medium for 30 days; its decay percentage were also lower as 10% and 5%, respectively. The braided seedlings of all Ca(OCl)_2 treatments had 80% reached the commercial salable standard within 25 days of regrowth in greenhouse. The results indicated that effectively sterilized the braided seedlings during dark shipment process, can obtain superior seedling quality of low decay percentage. In addition, effect of the concentrations of BA on lateral bud production showed that treatment of 50 mg.L^(-1) BA had significantly better shoot formation and growth vigor than the control or the treatment of 25 mg.L^(-1) BA. And the result also indicated that the duration to 80% salable was shortened to 16 days of regrowth in greenhouse after shipment simulation. Our study shows that the processing technique on braided seedlings could enhance the commercial quality and be applied to malabar chestnut industry. |
