中文摘要 | 本研究藉由改變試驗魚道之環境因子(試驗場之照度及試驗水濁度),探討魚道環境因子對試驗魚(粗首鱲)上溯能力之影響。於不同濁度上溯試驗結果發現:當試驗用水濁度為100NTU、50NTU及10NTU時,對於試驗魚上溯率並沒有明顯之差異,但當試驗用水濁度增大至150NTU時,對試驗魚上溯則有明顯影響;於不同照度上溯試驗結果發現:當試驗場環境照度等於0時,試驗魚之上溯數量及上溯權重指數(MWI)都最高。當光源設置於魚道下段時,試驗魚上溯權重指數也有較高之情形。由研究結果發現:魚道之環境條件確實會影響試驗魚之上溯率;一般而言,魚道水體在濁度150NTU之下及照度較低之環境條件下(20 lux以下),較有利於試驗魚之上溯。 |
英文摘要 | The influence of fishway environmental factors on fish(Zacco pachycephalus) migration behaviors are discussed in this study through modifying specific environmental factor such as environmental illumination and water turbidity. Results indicate that there is no significant difference from turbidity experiments under low water turbidity of 100NTU, 50NTU and 10NTU. However, there exits significant difference on fish migration rate by increasing water turbidity more than 150NTU. Results from different illumination experiments indicate that the migration quantity and migration weighting index (WMI) reach the highest values under environmental illumination values is 0. The value of WMI is also higher when the lighting sources were placed over the lower section of fishway. Therefore, the environmental condition may affect the fish migration rate. Basically, the water turbidity in the fishway lower than 150 NTU or lower illumination condition (lower than 20 lux) is more favorable for fish migration. |
